This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding cancellations, refunds, and returns associated with our services.
General Policy
Due to the nature of our services, which include financial and property-related consultations, approvals, and transactions, Thar Kings does not offer refunds for services that have already been provided or initiated. By availing of our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Loan Services
Loan services provided by Thar Kings involve extensive paperwork, financial evaluation, and third-party involvement. The following refund policies apply specifically to loan services:
Processing Fees
- Non-Refundable Processing Fees: Upon submission of a loan application, we charge a processing fee to cover the administrative and processing costs involved. Once the application is submitted and processing begins, this fee is non-refundable.
- Refund Eligibility: Processing fees may only be refunded if your application was never submitted to a financial institution due to a fault on our part. In such cases, you can reach out to our customer support within 7 days of application submission to request a refund.
Loan Approval Fees
- Approval Fees: Some of our loan services may require an approval fee. This fee becomes non-refundable once the loan has been approved.
- Cancellation of Approved Loans: If you choose to cancel a loan after approval but before disbursement, cancellation charges may apply. The amount of these charges varies depending on the loan type and the financial institution’s policies.
Property Buying and Selling Services
For property-related services, which include assisting clients in buying and selling properties, the following conditions apply:
Property Listing Fees
- Non-Refundable Listing Fees: If you list a property with Thar Kings, any listing fees paid are non-refundable once the property has been posted on our platform.
- Re-listing or Adjustments: In cases where there is an error in the listing, you may request an adjustment without incurring additional charges. However, we do not provide refunds for incorrect or incomplete listings due to information provided by the client.
Brokerage or Commission Fees
- Non-Refundable Commissions: Any brokerage or commission fees agreed upon with Thar Kings are non-refundable once the property transaction has been completed. These fees cover the resources, consultation, and time invested in facilitating the transaction.
Cancellation Policy
Certain services may be canceled before they reach specific milestones, as outlined below:
Loan Application Cancellation
- Before Submission to Financial Institution: You may cancel your loan application before it is submitted to a financial institution for processing. In this case, only a partial refund may be available, excluding administrative fees.
- After Submission to Financial Institution: Once your application has been submitted to a financial institution, cancellation may still be possible, but fees incurred for initial processing will not be refunded.
Property Transaction Cancellation
- Before Finalizing the Agreement: For property transactions, cancellation may be possible before the final contract is signed. However, any fees for site visits, valuations, or consultations conducted up to that point are non-refundable.
- After Finalizing the Agreement: Once the property sale or purchase agreement is signed, no refunds or cancellations are allowed, as the transaction is legally binding and involves third-party costs.
Credit Card Services
For credit card services, Thar Kings collaborates with banks and financial institutions to assess and approve applications. Due to this third-party involvement:
- Application Fees: Application fees for credit card services are non-refundable once the process begins.
- Cancellation Before Approval: If you wish to cancel your credit card application before it is approved, please notify us within 24 hours of submission. In such cases, only administrative charges may be refunded.
- Cancellation After Approval: Once your credit card application is approved, cancellations are subject to the issuing bank’s policies, and Thar Kings will not be liable for any fees incurred.
Used Car Loan Services
For used car loans, the refund and cancellation policies are as follows:
- Application and Processing Fees: Similar to other loan services, application and processing fees for used car loans are non-refundable once processing has begun.
- Loan Cancellation: If you cancel the loan after approval but before disbursement, there may be cancellation charges, depending on the terms set by the financial institution.
Gold Loan Services
Our gold loan services are provided in collaboration with partner financial institutions. Due to the unique nature of these loans, please note the following:
- Valuation Fees: Fees incurred during the valuation process of the pledged gold assets are non-refundable once the assessment is completed.
- Early Redemption: If you redeem the gold loan early, any prepayment charges as per the financial institution’s policy may apply.
Refund Process
If a refund is granted under any of the above conditions, the following process will be followed:
